Resolve "Home page mobile-responsiveness"

Closes #209 (closed) - Looks good now. We need to add pictures for each link in the linksContainer.js, at the moment the Facebook icon is displayed just to get the visual sense of how it would look. Also, once we figure out what to do with the Current Exhibition and the third Featured container, we need to add a wrapper around those three Featured.js components.
